Zaphyn, my almost 9 month old daughter, has been doing the cutest thing for the past couple of days. Whenever she is sitting up, be it in ther highchair, her crib or on the floor, she starts shrugging her shoulders and nodding her head. She doesn’t even need music to follow along with.
I love it, and it makes me laugh so much!
We went to the mall today to meet with an old friend and she bopped her little head as we walked around.
I don’t know where it came from or how it started, but oh.my.word. It’s the silliest, most adorable thing I have ever seen.

We took Zaphyn to Buffalo on Saturday. She is such a good traveler!
We visited some old friends, met some new friends, shopped and stopped at Anderson’s. Zaphyn and I shared a chicken breast, baked potato and a sundae.
She loved it all.
On the way home we made an onverdue visit in St. Catharines.
It was such a great day with the family!

Today began early, thanks to my beautiful baby. Once she was fed and changed I had two things on my mind: get a coffee and go buy some cookie dough.
My sister Sue and I went to Country Traditions, a frozen food outlet in Napanee, to purchase some cookie dough. I am baking dozens and dozens of cookies for Crop for Hope, a charity fundraiser for Adam’s Hope.

For some strange reason, I ordered a double double at the Tim Horton’s drive-thru. I can’t stand cream, so my coffee didn’t turn out to be what I was craving. Perhaps that’s a good thing. I ended up pouring most of it out in my anticipation to roll up the rim. I didn’t win anything.

I have a new place to call “Home”. This is so exciting.
